Proposal engagement photo session in the lavender fields at Valensole – Provence – France

Proposal and lavender fields Photo shoot

As a high-end wedding photographer, I am fortunate to be able to capture those special moments of emotion that are wedding proposals. The groom from California who contacted me was amazed by the beauty of the lavender fields in Valensole. The fields were in full bloom at the time, with the scent of lavender in the air, creating a truly magical atmosphere.

The groom had contacted me in advance to arrange a surprise proposal at a picnic in the fields. With the help of a violinist, we were able to fake a photo shoot between me and the musician, while secretly capturing the proposal. The groom had no idea that his partner was going to propose, which made it a truly special and unforgettable moment.

The sun was starting to set, casting a warm glow over the couple and the fields, creating the perfect backdrop for the photo shoot. The bride-to-be was so caught up in the moment that she forgot we were there. The violinist started playing their favorite piece, and that’s when the groom got down on one knee and proposed. The look on his face was priceless, and it was a truly moving moment that I was honored to capture.

After the proposal, I took advantage of the warm light to take some beautiful portraits of the couple. They were both radiant with happiness and their love for each other was palpable in the images. The lavender fields made for a gorgeous background, and the light was perfect for capturing their beauty.

The couple was ecstatic with the images, and they were so grateful to have had this special moment captured in such a beautiful way. It was a privilege to be a part of their love story and to be able to create memories they can cherish forever.

In conclusion, the lavender fields of Valensole are a truly romantic destination for couples, and I was honored to be able to capture this special moment for this couple from California. As a high-end wedding photographer, I specialize in destination couples, and I was thrilled to be able to create beautiful memories for this couple in such a magical location.
