Travelling from Dubai to celebrate their love in Italy, Fran and Ope chose the iconic Villa Erba, on Lake Como, for a wedding filled with elegance, genuine emotions and unforgettable moments.

From our very first moments together, I was struck by their kindness, warmth and the beautiful connection they shared. Fran and Ope are undoubtedly among the most wonderful couples I have had the privilege of photographing. Their celebration was a perfect reflection of who they are: generous, joyful and surrounded by people who genuinely love them.

Its timeless Italian elegance offers an extraordinary setting for a destination wedding, where historic beauty meets contemporary sophistication.

As a wedding photographer, I find endless inspiration in places like Villa Erba. The natural light, architectural details and atmosphere create wonderful opportunities to combine spontaneous storytelling with a more editorial, fashion-inspired approach to photography.

But beyond the beauty of the venue, what truly matters to me is capturing the atmosphere of a celebration — those fleeting glances, unexpected laughter and genuine emotions that make every wedding unique.

My approach to wedding photography has always been guided by a simple philosophy: beautiful photographs should not only show how a wedding looked, but also remind you how it felt.

For Fran and Ope, this meant capturing the celebration as it naturally unfolded, while also creating sophisticated, editorial portraits inspired by fashion photography.
